Sew OK will be July 27-30, 2017 at the Skirvin Hotel, a historic hotel in Oklahoma City.

Skirvin Night

Explore the Skirvin Hotel’s website:

Sew OK attendees are responsible for their own lodging, we encourage you to stay with us at the Skirvin Hotel for convenience, but, of course, it is not a requirement, attendees will receive a special code for room reservation with a discount.

RESERVATIONS CAN BE MADE BY USING THIS LINK, you may also call Skirvin’s reservations line at 1-800-HILTONS and mention the Sew OK Room Block or group code SEWOK.

Sew OK starts on July 27 and ends on the morning of July 30 (most will check out of the hotel July 30, 2017).

For your convenience and peace of mind, Skirvin Hilton gladly offers covered and on-site parking for their guests and visitors.

Overnight valet parking is $26 for guests, and only $12 for day meetings and events. Parking can be added to your room, or paid via cash or credit card at the parking booth. Parking is limited and available on a first-come first-served basis.

Another option is using Santa Fe Parking Garage, it’s $10/day (24 hour period), it is located behind the Skirvin, so, park in front of the hotel, unload your things and take them inside to your room/ballroom and then go back to your car and drive around the building and park, we are closest to this parking garage.

Airport Express offers transportation services from the airport to the Skirvin. Their phone number is 888-851-7835. Estimated cost is $24 one way.

Uber is an option

There are plenty of great places to eat and shop while you are in town for Sew OK, more information to come.

  1. Can you give an idea of the hotel cost for attendees? When I go to the hotel site it simply says there are no rooms available for the dates of Sew-OK.
